The hotel is super comfortable and roomy.
We encountered a lot of issues . There were major road works, made getting in and out a nightmare, and the parking situation was a complete disaster. It was against a daily fee, highly limited, and inconvenient, especially with all the street closures.

The staff was amicable and helpful. The location of the property was marvellous and stunning, very close to the centre. Plus, it was so close to old town, the Wawel castle and the Main Market...
Didn’t dislike anything about the property.

Consider inquiring about the air conditioning settings before your arrival, as they may be locked and could enhance your comfort during warmer days.

The breakfast was an absolute disappoinment, just a blanket and mattress protector! Really? And what was up with the locked air conditioner? I expected to melt , but was told it was 'for my comfort. ' Almost left a glowing review, but then they refused to upgrade my room. Truly shocking, had I known.

The modern kitchenette was a delight for our meals, and the outdoor dining area added a lovely touch to our evenings (very relaxing!). Proximity to the city center made exploring pulsating streets and attractions so convenient!
Breakfast could benefit from a few more options to enhance the start of the day (I mean, who doesn't love a choice?).

Super convienient location, like only a short walk to the main square n wawel castle. The room was really spacious n comfy, filled with plants and good vibes. Breakfast from the bakery downstairs was yummyy, seriously the best pastries. The staff were super chill n helped me with all my questions!
a bit of road work outside made it look less pretty, and i wish the salt room was open a bit longer.

The one-bedroom apartment was impressively spacious and modern, with a well-equipped kitchen, made self-catering easy. It's just a stone's throw from major attractions like Wawel Royal Castle.
Noise from the bakery below on Saturday morning was a definite distraction. If you're in Room 7, prepare to be awake early. Plus, parking is 300 meters away-don't expect to park right outside. The breakfast options were limited and could use a bit more variety, which might dampen your morning vibe. I hoped for a more relaxing atmosphere overall, but those sounds pulled me out of my comfort zone.

We had a wonderful stay at this aparthotel for a week. The staff were incredibly accommodating and even provided us with fresh bread from the bakery next door. The apartment was well-equipped, spotlessly clean, and felt like a home away from home. The location was convenient, with shops and a pharmacy nearby. The staff went above and beyond when I lost my phone, helping me retrieve it swiftly. The gym and salt room were added bonuses, and the minimalistic interiors filled with plants created a calming atmosphere. We highly recommend this hotel.
Would recommend this hotel.
